Return & Exchange Policy
- Our return policy is applicable within 10 days from placing the order.
- Customers can conveniently exchange any item within 10 days from the time of delivery.
- Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, we may request you to share pictures or video of the product at hello@upyoga.in
- For Exchange or Return, Our team will place a return pickup request to pick orders from your address, Post that a quality check will be done once that order is received in warehouse.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Used products or without tags items will not be accepted for Return/Refunds.
- Replacement & Refund will be done after receiving your return order in our warehouse & after quality check is completed.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be done only if customers receive defective/damaged products.
